Community Garden Work Day

Join us on Monday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Faith and Grace Community Garden. This garden produces hundreds of pounds of food each year and all of it is donated to local shelters and community organizations feeding food insecure folks right here in Des Moines.
Roll up your sleeves and join us for an hour or two at the garden each Monday night in July!
*Kid friendly
*Training on site, no gardening experience needed
*Tools provided, if you’ve got gloves you like, bring them.
*Wear weather appropriate clothes
*Closed toes shoes/work shoes preferred
*Bring a water bottle and bug repellent (if desired)
*Come for as little or much time as you can
