Sponsors are imperative to the success of the Des Moines VeganFest. The support of vegan and vegan-friendly companies allows VegLife Des Moines to promote the many benefits of a plant-based way of life for both long-time vegans and those interested in veganism throughout the Midwest.

To thank you for your generous support, we plan to recognize our sponsors in a number of ways, including:

• The $500 Package will give you:
• Your logo with link to your company on the Des Moines VeganFest Webpage and Facebook event page
• Your logo on any printed promotional displays/materials (sandwich boards, handouts, etc)
• Your company-provided promotional material in the Des Moines VeganFest SWAG Bag
• Social Media shout-out to your company at least once during the month leading up to the festival
• Event emcee recognizing your company at least once during the festival

• The $1000 Package will give you:
• All $500 Package benefits plus
• An 10′ x 10′ Exhibitor space, 8 ft table, and 2 chairs – Must request by 01/15/2019
• Social Media shout-out to your company at least twice during the month leading up to the festival
• Event emcee recognizing your company at least twice during the festival

• The $2500 Package will give you:
• All $1000 Package benefits plus
• Your logo with link to your company on the Des Moines VeganFest Webpage for one year
• Event emcee recognizing your company at least three times during the festival
• One 5 minute announcement about your company presented by your representative during the festival
• One satellite sponsor-provided advertisement display in approved and available common areas at the event venue

• The $5000 Package will give you:
• All $2500 Package benefits plus
• Your logo with link to your company on the VegLife Des Moines Website Home page for one year
• Your company recognized as a major sponsor during all live television, radio or internet promotional spots and interviews in the weeks leading up to the festival
• Two satellite sponsor-provided advertisement displays in approved and available common areas at the event venue

In Kind Donation Sponsorships: we will offer sponsorship status for in kind donations on items or services we would typically be interested in purchasing or contracting.
These include:

• AV Equipment
• Videography
• Printing services
• Compost services
• Advertising
