Let’s help Brightside Kitchen keep its Plant Strong Lending Library fully stocked!

The Plant Strong Lending Library is a great local community resource and has been very popular with Brightside Kitchen’s customers. The lending library relies on donations and is so popular that it is difficult to keep books on the shelves! It would be great to have more plant strong reading materials on hand for everyone to enjoy.

Do you have any plant-based books, cookbooks or magazines that you can spare? If not, consider Half-Price Books – they buy your used books for cash and you can apply the proceeds to the purchase of a plant-based / vegan book for this event. They have an abundant selection of plant-based and vegan books.

Donated books can be reference books, cookbooks, magazines, etc., as long as the subject matter is whole food plant based and/or vegan.

Brightside Kitchen is opening the cafe and will have a special dinner menu for the event!

The format is open-house style – so you can drop in anytime during the event – hope to see you there!
