Carl’s 4th Birthday!

Carl the cow was rescued from a veal auction (and certain death) at just a few days old. He was so tiny and his health was so poor that we didn’t know if he would live to see his first birthday. But Carl defied all the odds and has grown to be an incredibly healthy, hilarious, and loving cow. And now, we get to celebrate his fourth birthday! 

Carl’s fourth birthday party will be Saturday, October 10th 2020 at 1:00PM CST here at the sanctuary. We will have fall themed activities and vegan goodies available for purchase, and you’ll get to enjoy the beauty of our new sanctuary while visiting with our rescued farm animal residents – including the birthday boy!
