Almond Cheese
Ingredients
2 cups sliced, blanched raw almonds (soaked overnight and drained)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. oil (canola or other neutral oil)
1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp. fine garlic powder
1/4 tsp. asafoetida
Directions
Combine all ingredients in high speed blender and blend. Add water If necessary to reach desired consistency.
Adjust salt to taste.
