Ames, IA: Protest Dairy Cruelty!
July 6, 2019 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Please join local PETA supporters in urging the National Farmers Organization to reconsider its relationship to Reitz Dairy Farm. PETA recently released its second eyewitness investigation of Reitz Dairy Farm which can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/6W99UZzMB48. This expose reveals cows kept penned in their own manure—where one died—being beaten with a cane, and being denied care for swollen, ruptured leg joints. Ten years ago, at the same farm, PETA found that cows who were in so much pain that they could not stand were kicked, electro-shocked, and jabbed with a blade. The National Farmers Organization ships milk from this dairy farm. Please never buy dairy “products” and take action for these abused animals by attending this important demonstration.
