Art of the Bowl – GBOMBS Brightside Bowl

Join us in 2019 for a series of classes that explore the Art of the Bowl. Learn how to create a nutritionally-dense, hot and cold meal in bowl. If you are a fan of our Brightside Bowls, this class gives you the scoop on the dressings, sauces and textures we use to create our bowls.

This month we’ll focus on the ingredients and flavors of our GBOMBS bowl ; GBOMBS= Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries, and Seeds).Two fun componets of this bowl are mushroom gravy and lentil fritters. We will show you how you can use these recipes to be part of other meals.
