CHIP Meatless Monday Dinner

This event is hosted by a Des Moines local CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program) Chapter the first Monday of the month during summer/fall.
They provide vegan recipes and food with no added oils. A hat is passed around for a goodwill donation to cover the cost of food, which is usually enough to satisfy you for dinner.
