Enlightened Sushi & Rice Paper Spring/Summer Rolls. Overwhelmingly, a most requested workshop at Wooden Spoons. It is a “Beyond” Sushi Class.
Turn UP the nutritional value AND the flavors of your sushi masterpieces. They are addictive and delicious.
I use Whole Organic Grains
Colorful, exciting Organic Veggies
Unique Dipping Sauces and inventive seasonings.
Great Recipes you will use over and over again.
The THURSDAY class is just for Plant Based Sushi and Spring Rolls. (All other sessions for the Sushi class will be “Flexitarian/”Pescatarian”
Techniques, Recipes and just plain good eats.
When I eat Sushi, I want to feel as though I did something good for myself, not splurged on a carb dense, sugar overload.
All the intense flavors, a fraction of the sugar typically used.
(did you know that your once favorite sushi rice is dressed with a super sugary syrup? 😕) (not anymore)
Come hungry for this class…you will feast on all you can possibly eat. This is hands on, and a totally creative and delicious experience. Hope to see bunches of you here!
