Fall Feast Potluck at Iowa Farm Sanctuary

Join Iowa based vegan groups for a fall feast potluck on November 19 at 2pm at the Iowa Farm Sanctuary (1696 250th St NW, Oxford, IA 52322). VegLife Des Moines is organizing carpooling for the event from the Des Moines metro. Please fill out this form if you’re willing to drive or you are looking for a ride.
Please be aware that there are a limited number of tickets available for the fall feast and tickets are required. Iowa Farm Sanctuary is asking for donations, however, we do not want that to inhibit you from attending. The dining shelter where the potluck will be is a brand-new beautiful red barn that will be warmed with portable heaters. Dining time is at 2:30pm.
For the potluck, please bring:
- A vegan dish that provides 8-10 servings. Electrical outlets are available if you have a crock pot. (If you are new to veganism, the term ‘vegan’ means no animal flesh or fat, dairy, eggs, or honey)
- Recipes for the dishes for people to duplicate or for allergy avoidance.
- Table service (plate, eating utensils, cup, napkins)
- Lawn chair
