$25Kristy Cutsforth teaches vegan recipes in her detailed and easy to follow vegan cookbook, The Home Cooking Vegan (available as an ebook on amazon.com). A vegan since 2011, she has diligently trained herself how to cook using whole food, plant based ingredients that fit her family’s tight budget and taste decadent and delicious.
For the first time, she’s offering in person classes featuring recipes she’s been developing for her second book, The Home Cooking Vegan Cooks French Cuisine! French food is known for being difficult to veganize, as many recipes heavily rely butter for flavor and meat for protein.
Kristy encourages everyone to tie on an apron and learn how to cook soul comforting, cruelty-free food! For her first class, she will be teaching how to make vegan no-chicken cutlets for the bistro classic, Pan Bagnat and Roasted New Potato Provencal Salad with Roasted Red Peppers, Basil, and a Homemade Red Wine Vinaigrette. Learn how to elevate basic ingredients into an elegant and affordable meal in her intermediate cooking class!
