Homemade Latin Empanadas

Join us in the kitchen as we prepare delicious Latin empanadas. In this class you’ll learn how to make empanada dough from scratch (or where to buy it locally), the versatility of empanadas with both sweet and savory plant based fillings, and how to bake the perfect empanada.
Every participant will go home with 3 empanadas! We can accommodate food allergies with advance notice, please contact us at classes@veglifedesmoines.org with information or questions.
