March Vegan Freezer Meal Workshop with the amazing Andrea Love of Dinner Delights!!
If you’ve never attended one of her freezer meal workshops, you’re in for a treat. Let me give you the skinny:
6 meals. You put them together with ingredients that are already chopped up, prepared, and ready to go. You use only the finest of Penzey’s Spices. You can make your meals to serve the standard 3 or 6 that you purchase, or even divvy them up in any other mathy math that you deem necessary. Just you? Make single servings. You get the idea.
The nice part about this shindig? VEGAN. All meals are and will be prepared with Vegan ingredients. If you look at the menu and you have questions or concerns? Ask. Andrea is great at clarifying things. Also – if you’re allergic to anything? Leave it out! Or ask for a substitute.
So – on to the menu, you get one of each meal:

To clarify, you are getting 6 meals, each with either 3 or 6 servings each. That makes it about $5.55/serving!
I’m so excited to host these Freezer Meal parties on a personal level. I’ve been having her meals off and on for years, and I’m so grateful for the convenience that they provide. They are delicious, large portion sizes, and I hope to do this once a month at Sacred Health!
