Unfussy Ecuadorian restaurant with a variety of menu options, but for vegetarians and vegan there is only one option. The vegetarian platter that comes with rice, pinto beans, hominey, fava beans, savory plantains and sweet plantains as well as a salad. To order it vegan, ask for it with no potato pancake on top. Fresh hot salsa has peas and carrots in it! Friendly staff.

For ultimate sustainability, bring your own to go container because they only have styrofoam. They are used to this “unusual” behavior from vegans because Amy does it all of the time.
